I am I am. I'm glad I am.

My in-laws recently gave me a pedometer and it has been really interesting. I sit a desk most work days so I knew my mileage was down – but this is illuminating how far down it is. Here is a chart and some data to reveal my findings:

This is interesting. I can tell you that on the day I did 13,000+ steps, I took tours of baseball/football stadiums and naturally, there was alot of walking involved. On the small value days, (3,000+) I did very little walking because I was working most of the day.

I would like to make an effort to raise the bar and get more than 5,000 steps in. But really, to be healthy, I should be shooting for 10,000+. Baby steps 🙂
