You cold brew a whole pound into a concentrate that you keep in the fridge or make into ice cubes, then add to hot water. It doesn't have any of the bitterness, and all of "The Flava"...almost chocolaty. Someone that is a self-proclaimed coffee aficionado told me about it a while back and raved about it, so I bought one. I have a Bialetti, a french press, and a traditional coffee pot and none of them get used anymore...just the Toddy. You need to get a Toddy.
