Everyone …
… is on facebook. At least, almost everyone I know. Short of some aunts, uncles and grandparents, it appears to be the great meeting place for everyone. I got into it originally for business reasons but now I check on people and their status and what not. Its definitely fun to checkout new pictures of people – so that part is cool. But I really enjoy blogging – who needs a blog that no one will read when they can go to Facebook and see updates about everyone without remembering a blog URL. It feels like blogs are going by the way-side which is a shame because I really enjoy blogging. I’ll continue to do it because it also provides a clean way to keep website content up-to-date which is good for search engines. Anyway, not really a rant, but just some thoughts on this lonely Friday afternoon.

I still blog and I still read blogs! I think it’s something away from the group that is just you and your thoughts:) YAY!! And now that I’ve got most of my friend on Google reader it’s so easy to see when people are updating their blogs. What would I do without Google?

I agree wholeheartedly…well, I still enjoy reading your blog. I think that Facebook has too little about too much. It is good for some things, but it will never replace a blog. In my mind, anyway.

I still read your blog…I set it up to my feed reader and I enjoy stopping by occasionally. I think FB is easy for most b/c yes, everyone is on there and it’s a one stop shop. But then, so is a feed reader. Keep blogging!
