A New Leese on Life

As cool as it was to do the bachelor thing, I’m glad Jess and the kiddo are coming home today. The laundry sure has piled up. Just kidding. I did 4 loads. Mostly I miss hugs from wife and smiles from baby.

With 2 out of 5 auditions done, it’s kind of surreal. Once auditions are done, we’ll move to the school/city that makes the most sense. It’s kind of weird to be 2 months away from deciding where we are going to live and not knowing if that means Texas or Maryland or somewhere in the middle.

… is on facebook. At least, almost everyone I know. Short of some aunts, uncles and grandparents, it appears to be the great meeting place for everyone. I got into it originally for business reasons but now I check on people and their status and what not. Its definitely fun to checkout new pictures of people – so that part is cool. But I really enjoy blogging – who needs a blog that no one will read when they can go to Facebook and see updates about everyone without remembering a blog URL. It feels like blogs are going by the way-side which is a shame because I really enjoy blogging. I’ll continue to do it because it also provides a clean way to keep website content up-to-date which is good for search engines. Anyway, not really a rant, but just some thoughts on this lonely Friday afternoon.
