The key with WW is finding foods that fill you up and are still low points. Oatmeal for breakfast is good, fiber one bars are a good snack, and there is a book about the GI diet that I have a copy of that pretty good for letting you know what foods are best. Also, amys adventures (google it) has some good recipes.

Dang...if I would've read the title I probably wouldn't have gone on about exercise.

I know you and Jess did well with WW in the past. I am sure you will do well this time, too. Good luck!

All you have to do is get two or three weeks of exercise in, and it becomes routine. Then it is easy, as you don't have to talk yourself into it.

The big thing is remember to cross-train. If you run or something, after a few months of doing the same thing, it gets boring. So, substitute something like rollerblading or something in there every once in a while to keep exercising fun.

And exercise is a good stress reducer, as long as your workouts are: a) realistic (you don't kill yourself every day), b) regular (so you can look forward to them--eventually you will) and c) fun.

As for blog content, I wouldn't worry too much about it. It is a good forum for "this is what I am doing right now." It doesn't have to be funny or interesting all the time. (Though a lot of yours are both funny and interesting.)
