heard an interesting quote today (and it relates to the wife and I losing a total of 10 pounds since our trip to hawaii)

I’m going to use that as my mantra because sometimes i have trouble staying motivated. 
hey – we just got back from Hawaii this week. I plan on posting some pictures and stuff, but it might be some time – still catching up on the timezone change as well as getting the businesses going again.

I have no idea what the things are called, but they are little lobsters basically. And I have learned how to eat them …delicious.
I was spoiled this weekend at a party where there was about 150 lbs of them. Seasoned to perfection and there was even a cool eating platform where you could easily pitch the shells into the trash in the center …AND there was beer on tap about 5 feet from the eating station.
Heavenly.
